2. Handmade Products
Many Berry Bow products are handmade individually.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in stitching, dimensions, texture, positioning, or color may occur between pieces. These small variations are part of the handmade character of the product and do not normally constitute a defect.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colors, dimensions, and specifications shown on the website are accurate. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, or your device display.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to your order.
3. Orders
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
After your order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- incorrect or incomplete customer information;
- product unavailability;
- an obvious pricing or technical error; or
- circumstances that make fulfillment impossible.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the amount paid will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.

Some Berry Bow products may be customized, personalized, or produced according to specifications selected by the customer.
Once production of a customized or personalized order has started, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
Where a product has been manufactured according to specifications specifically requested by the customer and the delivered product conforms to those specifications, return or exchange rights may be subject to the exceptions permitted under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.
This does not affect the customer's legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times shown on our website or communicated to customers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery times may vary because of:
- the handmade production process;
- delivery location;
- courier operations;
- public holidays;
- weather or transportation disruptions; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Customized products, products altered according to a customer's specific instructions, or products that cannot reasonably be returned to their original condition may be subject to the exceptions permitted by law.
Defective or non-conforming products remain subject to the consumer protections required by applicable law.

Because many Berry Bow products are handmade or produced in limited quantities, an item may become unavailable even after appearing on the website.
Where we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and, where payment has already been received, arrange an appropriate refund.

Promotional codes, discounts, bundles, and special offers may be subject to specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discount codes cannot be combined with other offers;
